Our wide assortment of air headers is ideal for applications in different outlet take-off. Air headers are ideal for replacing valve assemblies that are generally operated from one source. The inlet-connection of our air headers are of flange or screw able type with a drain-valve at the manifold exit. Along with this, we offer bracket / U clamp for wall mounting of the air headers.

Our air headers are available with following components:

• Brass needle valves (¼") for CS Air Headers distribution ports
• SS316 / 304 Air Headers distribution ports are provided with ¼" SS 316 / 304 Needle / Ball valves
• Our NPT threads are available as per ANSI B 2.1 specifications & Socket Weld as per ANSI B 16.11 specifications

Our precision engineered condensate pots are manufactured using qualitative raw material in the production process. The chambers are equipped with top venting entrapped air and also with a plug. Our range is used in the following applications:

• For steam metering lines to cool and condense steam
• To maintain a constant liquid head above instruments
• In liquid service when flowing temperature is above 150 ° C

Designed and developed by our sophisticated research unit our oval flanges can be mounted on the process side of our flange to flange manifolds. Our precision engineered flanges are used in various applications. Some of the salient features of our oval flanges include the following:

We manufacture and supply precision engineered syphons using qualitative raw material. Our coiled pipe siphon finds their applications for steam pressure measurement and usually connected between pressure gauges and process taps to prevent live steam coming in direct contact with instruments. Our syphons offer a good deal of heat dissipation which protects pressure gauges from high temperature which could impair their good operation and their life.
