Essential for offering high strength to the machine and reducing potential leak paths in the application area, our range is suitable than the conventional designs. We use raw material such as ASTM A350 LF2/A105, ASTM A182 F316/F316L and ASTM A182 F51 in the production process of keyblock valves. Our keyblock valves conform to the NACE MR-01-75 specifications.

Some of the salient features of our valves are as follows:

• ANSI B16.5 flanged inlet connections 1/2" to 2" size ASA150# to ASA 2500
• 1/2"NPT threaded female outlet as per ANSI/ASME B1.20.1
• 1/4"NPT threaded female vent connection as per ANSI/ASME B1.20.1
• Primary isolation valve shall be of Needle type or OS&Y design
• Vent Valve available with Needle type or Anti-tempering design
• Standard Vent Valves are offered with PTFE seat or graphite is also available. For any other gland packing
• All valves are designed in accordance with ASME VIII, ANSI B16.34/B16.5, ANSI B31.3
• Valves are tested for pressure (1.1 times full seat pressure) and body pressure (1.5 times full rated body pressure) with gas and or hydraulic
• All valves are 100% tested in factory before delivery
